A SNEAKY PUG-PEAK AT ‘THE OLYMPUS SOUND’ COVER..
Hi everyone.
A quick news BLAST from Pug-Towers about the forthcoming release of brand spanking new PUGWASH music..!! Starting on June the 13th with the download release of the new single ‘Answers On A Postcard’. The track is the opening salvo from the new album (The 5th Pugs album would you believe??) ‘The Olympus Sound’ which will be released in Ireland this August on the legendary label E.M.I.
Thomas and the band are immensely proud of the association with E.M.I and are already trying to negotiate the heavy pilfering of original legendary labels and logos for the release!!
The download single release will come with the exclusive non-album b-side ‘Heal Me’ which so very nearly made the album but was pipped at the line in the final shake-up of tracks. There will be a very limited vinyl pressing of the single with some novel ways of obtaining this collectors item so stay tuned for some Olympian style sounds coming your way on this and other issues in the next few weeks to months.
All this wonderful news has been so warmly received on Thomas’s Twitter and FaceBook pages and on the Pugs fan page too by the most wonderful and loyal fans in the world and for that we thank you SO much.xx
